General Payment Terms:
30% Stand Deposit: Due within 30 days of booking invoice
30% 2nd instalment: Due - July 1, 2024
40% Final instalment: Due - December 1, 2024 (date can be adjusted if you prefer the invoice to fall in the next annual financial Jan-Dec tax year)
NB: A monthly or regular payment plan can be organised if preferred
NB: Public Liability Insurance is not included in the stand cost. It is a venue requirement & a condition of exhibiting that all stand holders have a certificate of currency demonstrating a Public Risk Liability policy for AUD$20,000,000. The Organiser will endeavour to source competitively priced quotes, but it is the responsibility of companies not already in possession of a Public Liability policy to secure insurance coverage. Public Liability certificates for those who do not have it will be $100 for full show coverage.
